A few of our favorites that keep us going…these are our “essential” essential oils…
We have listed a few of our favorite essential oils. As it turns out, our favorites are from doTERRA. In case you have never heard of them, doTERRA is a Latin word meaning “Gift of the Earth.” That is appropriate because they travel the earth getting the ingredients for their essential oils. For example, the lemon they use in their oils is imported from Italy because that is where they found the lemons with the most potent active ingredients.
Peppermint
Inhale a few drops of peppermint and it’s like being maced by Santa’s elves.
A high menthol content distinguishes the best quality peppermint oil from other products. Peppermint oil can help with occasional upset tummies and is exhilarating when the vapor is inhaled.
Breathe
We diffuse this on many of those allergy-ridden nights. It really opens our sinuses and helps us…breathe.
doTERRA Breathe is a blend of Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Cardamom, Ravintsara, and Ravensara. It maintains feelings of clear airways and easy breathing. Can be applied topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet, or diffused at nighttime (our favorite) to calm the senses and promote a restful sleep.
Immortelle
